Delivered quickly, but the pizzas were limp (extra crispy was ordered) and despite the request to put less cheese on the pizza, there was a thick layer on it. Unfortunately, the pizzas are not really a highlight in terms of taste

It's a shame, ordered there for the 2nd time today and very disappointed because our order wasn't delivered and after 11/2 hours I wanted to ask where the food was and I was told the driver couldn't find the street. I was a bit speechless because the delivery was supposed to be delivered almost around the corner / Hailer and that had worked with the first order. A short suggestion maybe you should write down the phone number of the customer in order to call briefly at such moments to ask how the driver finds the street if he does not have a navigation system, but that was the first driver who does not find it! After this long waiting time it was clear that we didn't want any more food, because of course we didn't want to wait that long again. If something like that happened 5 times in the evening ... wow that would be a loss and you should think about how I can do better with the delivery service. We were really looking forward to the meal, because we were very satisfied with our first order, so only 2 stars.

Not a good pizza, delivery was on time.

The three pizzas were unfortunately bad. Totally greasy and a lot of cheese. Plus everything was stuck to the pizza box. So can't recommend it.

Top wood-fired pizza was delicious. Very friendly staff and nice restaurateur. The best they even have their own app! I can only recommend.

After 1.5 hours we didn't even get lukewarm, unseasoned food. Would have been dismissed as a bad experience ... After our little son had eaten some of his noodles, we found that the "vegetarian" canneloni were filled with minced meat. 3 phone calls and another hour later we got exactly the amount for this meal (not for the rest of the order). Little consolation for the fact that the little one is spending his last night in the toilet ... I can only advise everyone against!

Have now ordered 2 times and were also disappointed twice. The food was only delivered after 90 minutes. An order was forgotten and the food was unfortunately not tasty, only the schnitzel is unfortunately only 1 star from me. For me, the prospectus has been on the market since 2003?

I cannot understand the few negative comments. I have been ordering from Fiene for many years and the food has always been perfect - whether you eat there or take away. I am very picky because I cannot tolerate certain foods and therefore always have extra wishes, but they are always addressed here. The quality is also very high and always fresh. Thank you for the great evening.

True yesterday there with my wife eating really delicious if I happened to be in Gelnhausen again I would definitely eat there again

Ordered there, unfortunately the normal pizza today is only 22 cm tall at 28 cm specified, unfortunately only a snack. A shame in the prices! The 22cm were still (quickly) consumable Lg

So I'm not ordering there anymore. The mushrooms were counted on the mushroom pizza and my cheese broccoli sauce did not contain a single piece of broccoli. The delivery was quite fast, but one star, but you can forget the rest.

So rarely eaten something bad I'm very sorry that I write something like this but someone has to tell the truth. We ordered hands breast natural and salad with chicken breast and it was dry and tasteless.

A point deduction for the gentleman who delivered the food. Neither responded to the greeting, nor "thank you" "goodbye". That is an achievement. A point suit for price / performance When ordering, the paid extras were missing, not the first time ... A point deduction for taste. Conclusion: I used to eat regularly, I also ordered regularly. The quality and service used to be top. A lot has changed in that regard. Last time for me to deliver pasta for 11 € in such a cheek and such a bad quality - not recommended!

Delivery time well above the specified. When I asked for the first time, it was said that the driver had already left. After the second time it was said that the driver was not on the road because 2 cars were broken. Last order!!

Pizzas had a lot of toppings and the pricing was suitable. Nothing to complain, but nothing special eihter.
